Concrete strong.
Insulated for life.

We design and build homes from concrete insulated panels: a steel-reinforced concrete shell around a continuous foam core. They stand up to storms, fire and pests, and they cost less to heat and cool.

Why it works

Built like a bunker. Feels like home.

Wood frames are full of gaps, studs and food for termites. A concrete insulated wall is one solid, continuous assembly, so it performs better on almost every measure.

Modern concrete home with large windows

Engineered for high-wind zones

Steel-reinforced concrete on both faces turns every wall into a shear wall. Designs can be engineered to meet local hurricane and high-wind codes.

Lower energy bills

No studs means no thermal bridges, so the insulation is continuous.

Bright, calm modern living room

Steady temperatures in every room.

Fire resistant

Concrete faces don't burn. A big deal in wildfire country.

No rot, no termites

Nothing organic in the walls for pests or mold to eat.

Quiet inside

Mass and foam soak up traffic, storms and neighbors.

Faster dry-in

Pre-cut panels go up in days, not weeks of framing.

Anatomy of a panel

Five layers. One solid wall.

Hover or tap the layers to see what each one does. Together they make a sandwich wall that's strong, efficient and hard to damage.

A continuous, thermal-bridge-free insulation core. No studs, no gaps — that's where the big energy savings come from.

How we build

From sketch to keys, one team.

Design, engineering, permits, panels and construction all happen under one roof, so nothing gets lost in a hand-off. Typical timelines below.

Questions

Good questions, straight answers.

Can't find yours? The assistant in the corner can answer anything about panel homes.

What exactly is a concrete insulated panel home?

The walls are built from panels with a thick foam core wrapped in welded-wire steel mesh. Once set, both faces are covered in structural concrete, creating a monolithic sandwich wall: concrete strength outside and in, with continuous insulation in the middle.

Does it cost more than a wood-frame house?

Upfront cost is usually comparable to a quality custom wood-frame build. Where panel homes win is lifetime cost: lower utility bills, less maintenance, and often better insurance terms in high-wind or wildfire regions.

How long does a build take?

Shell construction is fast because panels arrive pre-cut. Most single-family homes go from permit to move-in in roughly 5–7 months, depending on size, finishes and local inspections.

Can I use my own architect or floor plan?

Yes. Almost any plan can be converted to concrete insulated panels. Our engineering team reviews it, adjusts spans and openings, and produces the panel layout.

What finishes can go on the walls?

Anything you'd put on a conventional home: stucco, stone, brick veneer, fiber-cement siding, plaster or drywall inside. You can't tell it's a concrete home until you feel how quiet it is.
